Refund policy

If you order from the website, you have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of your reason, within 30 days of receipt of the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us. 

 

EXCHANGES — SIZE & STRENGTH

If the size or strength of your glasses isn't right, we exchange them for free within 60 days of receipt — as many times as it takes to get it right. GLAS covers the exchange shipping both ways. This applies to ready-made (non-prescription) glasses.

To start an exchange, contact our customer service with your order number and the size or strength you'd like instead. Exchanged products must be in original condition, including labels and boxes.

Exchanges are separate from returns: if you want your money back instead of a different pair, the standard return policy below applies.

 

RETURNS 

You must return the product without undue delay, and in any case no later than 30 days after receipt of your order. In connection with the refund of an accepted return, we will charge £6, €6, 60 kr, depending on your currency, for the shipment. 

Please note, All products must be returned in original condition for a full refund, including labels and boxes etc. 

 

REFUND

If you already paid for your product before you returned it, you will be refunded through the same payment method you used when placing the order. 

A refund can take up to 12 business days from the day our Returns Team received your return.

If you have used Klarna invoice, the invoice will be updated within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

 

RETURNS FOR "2 FOR 1" PROMOTIONS

If you wish to return part of the offer, there will be no refund issued. For a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned. 

 

RETURNS - PRESCRIPTION GLASSES  

Because prescription glasses are custom-made specifically for you, they follow a slightly different return policy than non-prescription items. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about returning prescription glasses purchased from GLAS.

Prescription lenses are made to your unique vision requirements. For this reason, they are not eligible for a refund.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully happy with your prescription glasses, you may return them in exchange for a store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase at GLAS.
